CEO
Alon brings over 25 years of experience in the real estate sector, including 15 years in senior executive roles. He has extensive expertise in identifying, analyzing, and acquiring real estate assets and companies, as well as advancing planning, marketing, and execution phases of projects. Alon has a proven track record in initiating and leading strategic and marketing initiatives, along with successfully facilitating business collaborations between companies both locally and internationally.

Amir Tamari, Attorney

Chairman of the Mishurim
Amir serves as a CEO, director, and chairman of various companies, with extensive experience in leading large-scale real estate projects totaling tens of thousands of square meters and investments in the hundreds of millions of shekels. He has served on the boards of numerous prominent public companies in the income-producing and development real estate sectors, with operations in Israel and abroad – including Poland, Canada, Belgium, and the United States. Amir also served as a member of the Israeli Antitrust Tribunal.

Liran Coates

CFO
Liran is a Certified Public Accountant and attorney, holding degrees in Accounting and Law from Tel Aviv University, and is a former associate at PwC Israel. He brings approximately 20 years of business, financial, and executive experience, having served as CFO, VP of Regulation, and Deputy CEO at various global public companies across multiple sectors, with a focus on real estate and high-tech industries.
